As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional service, and helping them identify opportunities to leverage Breezelow’s solutions to solve their business challenges. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and project updates.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Breezelow’s services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure clients are kept informed of new offerings, updates, and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, satisfaction, and project milestones.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in a technology services company.
